The founders of TaxSpanner have a unique and extensive domain expertise in the field of software based solutions development, income tax and financial consulting. Below is the brief profile of the co-founders.

SUDHIR KAUSHIK

Co-founder

Sudhir has been a practicing tax consultant for the last 17 years. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and conducts seminars in large companies to help salaried employees with income tax and investment queries. Sudhir brings domain knowledge of income tax laws and their compliance difficulties faced by individuals. He is the author of Income Tax Handbook For Salaried Employees for smart financial planning and investments for salaried people. He enjoys an excellent reputation and has a strong network in the corporate sector and public sector undertakings.

MANOJ YADAV

Co-founder

Manoj joined TaxSpanner after serving Conexant Systems as Project Manager. He has twelve years of technology experience in development and maintenance of very large scale projects including hardware and software systems. Manoj holds an MBA degree from University of Massachusetts, in addition to a Masters in Computer Applications.
